Following is a selection of regulations published in 2011 which have an impact on gas activities in Spain:

• The resolution by which natural gas available capacity in basic establishments is published for the period between 1 April 2011 and 31 March 2012 (Official State Gazette 29/1/2010).
• The resolution by which the Enagás pipeline project’s connection to the Castor storage facility was awarded (Official State Gazette 28.3.2011).
• The resolution by which the last resort natural gas tariff is published (Official State Gazette 31/3/2011).
• The resolution by which available capacity in basic natural gas storage facilities is published for the period between 1 April 2011 and 31 March 2012.
• The resolution by which the telephony, electronic and telematic contracting procedure is approved for the natural gas market (Official State Gazette 20/3/2011).
• The resolution by which specific aspects of the auction for the acquisition of natural gas for the last resort tariff is established, for the period 1 July 2011 to 30 June 2012 (Official State Gazette 11/5/2011).
• The ministerial order by which the transfer of the operating concession for the Gaviota underground storage facility to Enagás is authorised (Official State Gazette 27.6.2011).
• The resolution by which the last resort natural gas tariff in force from 1 July 2011 is published (Official State Gazette 30/6/2011).
• The Royal Decree by which the operation concessions of the fields known as Marismas B-1, Marismas C-2 and Marismas A are adapted, to a natural gas underground storage facility (Official State Gazette 3/8/2011).
• The resolution by which the last resort natural gas tariff in force from 1 October 2011 is published (Official State Gazette 30/9/2011).
• The resolution which modifies the 25 July 2006 resolution, regulating the conditions related to allocation and the applicable procedure governing interruptibility in the gas system (Official State Gazette 8/9/2011).
• The resolution by which the Segovia-Norte regional gas transport company pipeline project was awarded (Official State Gazette 10.11.2011).
• The ministerial order which regulates specific aspects related to third-party access to gas facilities and payment of regulated activities (Official State Gazette 18/11/2011).
• The ministerial order which determines payment for 2011 corresponding to the natural gas distribution activity, undertaken by Madrileña Red de Gas II y Gas Natural distribución SDG (Official State Gazette 24.11.2011).
• The ministerial order which establishes tolls and royalties linked to third-party access to gas facilities and payment of regulated activities (Official State Gazette 31/12/2011).
• The resolution by which the natural gas tariff of last resort is published (Official State Gazette 31/12/2011).

Mention should be made regarding the fact that the Official State Gazette has continued to publish resolutions corresponding to the maximum sale price of piped LPG on a monthly basis, which become valid on the third Tuesday of each month. In the resolution published in the Official State Gazette on 19/07/2010, the costs of marketing are revised in accordance with the ministerial order ITC/3292/2008, which establishes its annual review in July. In this case, an increase of 2.72% was approved. The (quarterly) decision regarding maximum sale price of packaged LPG, in containers with a capacity equal to or exceeding eight kilograms in the Official State Gazette has also continued to be published.
